Confetti Cluster Stamping

This weeks Make-it-Monday at Papertrey Ink had me looking through all my stamp sets for tiny shapes that I could use for confetti stamping.  In the end I used 5 different stamp steps to create the star on the card below.  I have to admit it was fun!

Watercolor Smooshing

This week I got to try another new technique that was shared in the Papertrey Ink Make-it-Monday challenge.  Just the sound of the title lets you know how fun this technique is going to be.  Here is a link if you would like to view the video, Watercolor Smooshing.  I tried this out using a few different colors but liked my PTI Raspberry Fizz and Stampin Up Elegant Eggplant combination the best.  I colored by picnic basket of flowers with Copic markers.

Doodling with Stamps

This week's Papertrey Ink Make-It-Monday took me really far out of my comfort zone but I still had to give it a try. For my card I used PTI Pretty Petals, PTI Happy Hearts and PTI Swoosh.  I used the hearts to create my flower petals and tried to keep my doodling as free as it is possible.  That was a stretch.
